In January we will run a workshop on social media made for small businesses. The aim is to help business owners understand what social media is and how to use it for business purposes.
We get a lot of interest in this area and would like to share that knowledge and ideas. Like any workshop, the point is to get to the point. Real step by step guide on how to use it effectively. Social media gives far more opportunity than most realize. And with social mediums like Facebook, Twitter, etc. that are free, the entry is easy in and easy out. With a walk through on how to leverage this community you can help your business in so many ways.
Businesses need an opportunity to express their voice to the clients, future clients, fans and industry peers. Businesses need a way to quickly update their products and services. Businesses need a way to communicate that does not cost so much as traditional advertising like the newspaper and TV. Businesses need to adapt to what society is doing so they be a part of it in a positive way. This workshop will address all these issues in a simple manner.
